I have the right to decline any commission. In addition I also do not have to disclose the reason to you.

Please do not rush me. I have problems with motivation from time to time, pressuring me will only make the quality of the finished piece go down.

Refunds are only available after 3 months. If I have completed the sketch or more, you will be refunded for 50% of the original price.

I only accept Paypal unless I specifically ask for other options.

Payment must be sent before I start. I will let you know when to pay, do not pay before I tell you to. You have 3 days to pay before I will notify you your commission has been canceled. Sending payment after being notified will not be accepted.

My art may NOT be used commercially unless discussed ahead of time. This means you may not use it on advertisements, other forms of art, merch, etc. unless specified beforehand. Discuss this with me beforehand!!

You must have a clear reference. I will not accept heavily shaded or low quality references. No heavy watermarks. Additionally, if the reference isn't digital I might not accept it. PNG preferred.

Changes are only available after I send the sketch. Changes after the finished product is sent will cost extra. Exceptions: Pattern mistakes, stray line

I don't accept deadlines. They cause me too much stress, I apologize.

I can cancel the commission at any point. If I no longer feel comfortable or am unable to complete your piece you will be refunded 75% - 100% depending on the work done. (75% After colouring is finished.)

I am allowed to use refunded sketch/lineart as a base or ych for someone else.

You are NOT allowed, under ANY CIRCUMSTANCE, to use my work for anything relating to AI, NFT or crypto/Blockchain-related technology.

Do not resell for a higher price without additional art.

You are allowed to take inspiration from my designs <3!! But please do not blatantly copy. Be respectful.

Do not sell a design you got from a trade or with art without additional art.

If redesigning a character, please still credit the design to me.

Do not delete any of my designs off of toyhouse. If you gift/trade/sell a design to someone without a TH, please disclose this on the profile without deleting it.
